| I started taking my 2017 vehicle to Milelli's about five years ago when I was concerned about high prices for repairs and maintenance from the dealer. I have never looked back. Steve and his team are friendly, professional, competent, and, most important, honest. Prices are reasonable, and much lower than a dealer would charge. And unlike some others, they never push you into unwanted or unnecessary repairs. Finding an honest, competent, reasonably priced car repair business is worth its weight in gold. Milelli's sets the gold standard. |

| Steve and Bryan explain your car problems in terms that you understand. They will try to correct the problem before replacing them. Dealer recommended a major brake job for my car and Milelli was more than half the price. |

| I had noise coming from the driver side wheel when turning so I first took it to the dealership but had a sudden change of mind after learning what they would have charged me just for a diagnosis in addition to the repair. I then remembered that I had been recommend to come to Milelli?s by a good friend since he only had good things to say about them. I then made my way over and as soon as I walked through the door I was automatically greeted like I had been one of their loyal customers. Brian, who I got in contact with at first was super nice and told me straight up what it could be wrong and what I?d be expecting. His honesty is what attracted me to have them do this job. I was given a time estimate that it could take a couple days to get it fixed as it was Memorial Day Weekend and they would be closing. Later that day, I was told what my issue was and I didn?t really hesitate to have them complete the job and do what was necessary. As the day was running down I expected that I would get my car back after the holiday weekend but Steve called me back and said my car was ready and to come by. Upon arrival I learned that the guys had fixed my car till closing time and everybody had gone home for the day but Steve stayed behind so he can give me my car back that same day. Overall, as a first time customer I was not disappointed and I would be going to Milelli?s for all my needs from now on. It?s too bad it took me this long to go to them as a long time Morristown resident. |

All work was done expertly and efficiently and I was advised as to which services could wait until next time. The service was completed in a timely and professional manner.
